Final Random Inspection

Final Random Inspection is the most common inspection in preshipment quality inspections (final acceptance inspections). Most on-site quality QC checks are supposed to be done by the in-house QC of the factories, and the final inspections are to validate the factory's in-house quality control, so the buyers don't have to do 100% full check. So it is a cost-effective and efficient way to make sure the product quality is up to the industrial acceptable level.

The factory should recheck, replace or rework on the products if they fail to pass the Final Random Inspection, to improve the quality level. So they won't be so many complaints when the products reach the end users.
