Test all detailed functions according the instruction manual or the item’s box--II PASSED
visual check--II PASSED
Perform a measurement and weight check--S2 PASSED
perform a barcode scanning test-Barcode must be scanned and inspector has to check if numbers found are conform with numbers below the barcode-S2 PASSED
Perform a rub test for printing and marking ; Adhesive test for coating if applicable PASSED
Check if the base of the item wobbles by placing it on a flat, glass surface--II PASSED
Coating thickness check--II
Min>16um or average 16um		 PASSED
product should be compared with the approval sample and client’s requirement-There should be no obvious size, shape, style, or color deviation.-II PASSED
perform quantity and assorment check in each package--S3 PASSED
Perform a humidity test on solid wood and MDF parts with wood humidity tester(brand name: testo), Please fill the detail finding table for wood humidity test. The sample should be taken:  - On S3 PASSED
If there is a  certificate of fumigation for wood packaging and Raw material certificate and Product quality certificate .(If applicable) N/A
Hardness testing-S1 FAILED
Pencil Hardness testing-S1
Use the HB pencil test		 PASSED
Coating adhesive-S1 FAILED
Diagonals Windage (<5 mm)--S1 FAILED
Edge Unstraightness (<1mm/M)--S1 N/A
